Have you ever wondered why people love to count? I myself am not a mathematician, but I am desperate to go back home!! I've been counting the days on my calender since last Monday. It is insane, you are continously thinking about your family, and friends. You are haunted by the thought of what are they going to think about you the minute they see you. But my personal favorite question is; "Will I have time to call and have lunch with all my friends?" Believe me it's going to be Thanksgiving only that 4 months in advance.
I've been speaking with people and I always tell them that I have never felt homesick through out the entire year I've been here at ECC, but these 3 more days are torturing me. I can't wait until I am finally having fresh corn tortillas with rice and beans. It may sound spooky to most of you but our diet consits in most of its part of tortillas or corn associated dishes.
